This normal commission?

Hello, I am selling 40 acres of undeveloped land in the northern California mountains. My real estate agent wants 5% commission. I found the buyer myself through a craigslist ad. She is just doing all the paperwork (she didn’t have to show the property at all). Besides the 5% she just called me and said she needs another 2% for the buy side? So I have to pay 7% commission to this woman for a sale that I made? Does this seem fair? If not, what should I counter offer her?
