Normal to have Raynaud’s predominantly in on hand more so than the other?

This was maybe 10 minutes into a walk this morning. One hand purple as can be! My toes on both feet turn purple in the shower, I’m miserable without socks. Have to keep my hands on a heating pad sometimes. Anyway, if it’s Raynaud’s, is there any advantage to a formal diagnosis?
