Lensology Meta Order Error
So I placed an order for my prescription frames, spoke to the rep seemed super cool...I had emailed them during weekend & they responded they would be completed this week & arrive next week. Next day I get an alert they shipped & would be coming today or tomorrow.
Luckily customs was quick & arrived today!
Went to install them & they look to have cut them for a smaller MM not my 53mm pair of metas. Ugh.
Has anyone dealt with Lensology on an incorrect order do they just recut them or offer any compensation for the issue? I am waiting back to hear from support but just my luck lol I went with them for the glowing reviews here!
