Bunny pees on bed

Hi! so my bunny is now 4 months old and he is litter trained and can walk on my carpet without peeing and pooping. But there was this little sofa/poof next to my bed and he managed to jump on it and pee and poop on my bed two times. I now removed the poof and hes still curious and is calculating the height to make a jump but he hasn’t tried it again and i don’t leave him unattended anymore. But my question, id love for him to go on the bed! I think he is in shock after he jumps and is scared and then poops and pees, because he did that on the ground when we just had him and he was scared when we stood up for instance. Let me know if anyone had this too and what I can do about it:)? id love for him to be on the bed without mess in the future! He is neutered.
