Are caffiene pouches a good alternative?
Ive tried to quit nic off an on, people said chewing gum helps but it doesnt for me. I tried nicotine gum doesnt work. Tried the paper towel in the lip and it doenst work. Im trying to stop doing sober zyns and nicotine so yeah and limit it to only when im drunk. Anyone use grinds or upperdeckys? I want to see if they will actually work for me when im sober for locking in to do my school work and stuff and to help focus.
