Question for video game enjoyers
Hey all, this might be a bit of a weird one.
Does anyone have any video game recommendations to ease the dopamine deficit from quitting?
I'm on day 5, and in the past when I needed to lift my mood I would either go for a long walk , or play video games. My taste in video games is very much slow burn RPGs where I can settle in and get absorbed. The problem I'm finding here is that long nature walks and big RPGs are great for a serotonin boost, not so useful when I'm in need of the quick and cheap dopamine hits I got from hitting the vape.
Also open to any other little hobbies that might help fill that void, grateful for any advice!
