Reviews on Cathay Center

I looked up reviews on google about Cathay Center and they were very mixed. It’s over the bridge in Weymouth. Many people say they have very high quality food with big portions. Others are saying that the food tastes old and not cooked properly. What is your take on this place? Should I just stick to China Chopsticks?
