Is there no "proper" IPTV Player for my MQ3?

I've tried a bunch of Android TV and Mobile players for watching IPTV on my Quest 3. Most of APKs I've been able to download either lack full functionality (i.e. the TV version expects a remote and not hand gestures or Quest controller input) or, in the case of a mobile version, default to a screen perspective ratio of a mobile phone.

I've resorted to using the web players provided by my IPTV providers but that means logging in every time I visit the page. But it does work, I get the proper screen ratio and full controls using either hand or controller.

Is there not a proper IPTV player out there for the Quest 3?
