Spravato for Chronic Pain Patients

Hey all,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience with prescribing or receiving Spravato treatment for chronic pain patients with depression. I'm particularly interested in understanding the response to treatment and any specific protocols or official guidelines that have been followed.

Has anyone worked with patients who technically have been on one SSRI only and would not meet the criteria for Treatment-Resistant Depression? I'd love to hear about your experiences and insights. Thanks in advance!
