Progression/litrpg authors - how much of your book did you write before you started posting?

I'm working on a litrpg/progression sci-fantasy, and am at 30k words so far - but I was curious about a couple of things:

1.) How "finished" was your book before your started publishing it?

2.) How frequently/how much did you publish each time?
