Details lost

Hi all, fairly new to resin printing, I have had a few successes and more than a few failures, but even on my successes I am noticing a lot of my prints are lacking finer detail. I purchased a proxy model from MMF and the file is fine and it prints but the details are flat. Any suggestions? It is high speed resin if that matters. Wondering if I need to edit layer height. TIA!
