Rescheduling lessons
Hello everyone. Two of my students asked to reschedule lessons fairly last minute. As one of my students had allowed me to reschedule a couple of times I returned the favour and another let me know more than a day in advance. However I messaged them both to ask if they could do it as we get penalised for rescheduling when trying to achieve super tutor. Neither picked up the messages so I rescheduled for them. If I contact customer service would they clear these from my stats. I mean I guess it's not the end of the world but I want to achieve super tutor to see if it positively affects my rating. I have the messages clearly showing that they asked to reschedule. Thanks!
