Poor Quality and No Refunds – Beware!

I had a terrible experience with Preply. I signed up for a tutoring package and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the lessons I received. Despite multiple requests for a refund due to the subpar service, Preply's support team consistently refused, citing their strict no-refund policy.

Instead of addressing my concerns, they offered a free trial lesson with another tutor, which did not solve the issue of my wasted time and money. Their rigid adherence to policy over customer satisfaction is frustrating and unacceptable.

If you are considering using Preply, be aware that they do not stand behind the quality of their tutors. Once you’ve paid, getting a refund is nearly impossible, even if the service you receive is inadequate. I strongly advise against using Preply and will be sharing my negative experience widely to help others avoid the same frustration.
