Rent a house for the New Year

Hey guys, Me and my friends were planning to rent a house somewhere in Czech Republic for New Year's Eve party. I know it's kinda late, we just failed our planning this year. We checked Airbnb and Booking - no options in the who Czech Republic. Is it that late so all the options are already taken or we just don't know where to look? Any specialized recommendations on where to look for it? We are 10-12 people. Dekuji
