Deku universal is insane cap.

For context (my friend was up until 6 in the morning and somehow was “able to scale” Deku to universal using statements from the movie saying he has infinite power or something like that. Can someone help me out here and prove that he isn’t universal because anything I say he doesn’t listen to because he is a better power scaler than me but this is crazy talk.
