Pokémon tcg binder

Hi all. Was just wondering if you could help me out. I’ve been scrolling through Facebook market place and found a Pokemon tcg binder up for sale. I’ve managed to talk him down from £200 to £170.

I’m new to the tcg and I’m just wondering if this is a fairly decent price for the cards up for sale.
