We should get an early deino like how in desolation you get it as a starter in a password or in empire before the first gym

Yea it's a psuedo legendary But here's the thing

It fully evolves at lvl 64 That's already slightly pass act 1 and past Erick

By that point You also start getting a few top tier ish mons

Why not give an early deino To also make mono dragon runs easier Make it a like gym 2 checkpoint

Deino and to an extent Zweilous Freaking sucks anyways And even if you decide to go full hustle atk EV max You gotta retrain it for hydregion anyways

Instead by the time u get hydreigon You get every other psuedo
