Error code 999

I keep getting error code 999 when I try to move my pokemon. I have never hacked or genned any pokemon before. Anybody know what could've happened? Problematic Pokemon: Darkrai, Shiny Cresselia, Lunala, Umbreon and Espeon (which I have traded from shield before)
