Daughters Scar needs revision?

My 3 year old daughter fell on Thanksgiving jumping from our couch to another couch and it resulting in her needing stitches. Of course I’m devastated by the whole traumatizing experience but also that she has a massive scar on her forehead. Since this accident took place on Thanksgiving we were limited to our options and someone from plastics did stitch her up. But she should have been sedated because she was thrashing even being in the burrito to hold her down. I am not sure if I’m critical or the that the scar could have been a bit cleaner. I was hoping the scar would just be as thin as a pencil but it’s not. Would this be something we could revise? Is this a good looking scar based on the wound? Or it’s hard to tell only being 8 weeks out? Would a laser help this? Anyway, please help me mama heart, and give me your thoughts. Thank you!
