Bulbous Nose South Korean Rhinoplasty Before and After

I posted my before-and-after photos about a year post-op a while ago and was asked to share an update once everything had settled.

I’d say it took a full three years to see a more refined tip. I have thick skin, and a bulbous tip rhinoplasty can be a bit complex!

I had hoped my nose would maintain a strong look and projection like my previous nose, but I wanted a more ‘triangular’ tip.

My rhinoplasty was performed in South Korea at a now-closed hospital in Sinsa, Seoul (they’ve since transitioned to focusing exclusively on hair transplants).
