I'm looking for the strongest nicotine pipe tobacco out there with neutral flavor.

I'm wanting to add something to a few blends I have that seem low/mild on the nicotine scale. As I'm sure you're aware, most aromatics are weaker with nicotine and I want to pack more of a punch while not jeopardizing the aromatic quality.

Also, I have a few VaPor blends that I love because they have such a wonderful flavor but also seem mild on the nicotine. I'd love to sit down in the morning and smoke a strong nic hit bowl to wake me up.

Any suggestions?
