piercing hurts?

inflamed angel fang that pains

Today I decided to get five piercings. Yes. Five. This is my first time. I got my ears pierced as a baby but they closed. I got septum, 2 nose studs, and two angel fangs. However, one is more inflamed than the other. I did not use mouthwash after I got it (big mistake) and I’m debating on what should I do? Also I realized that it’s slightly tilted and idk if it was inserted properly.
