Low cost building solutions for pickleball clubs that can’t play outdoors in the winter months?

My local pickleball club has over 200 members in our city. Outdoor play in the winter is not an option for us. The venue the club used for the last decade is being demolished. The venue that we are currently in (a private multi-sports complex) is shutting down due to financial hardships. That leaves us with no current facility for the club to play as a whole.

The main gym in town has the lines for pickleball on their gym floors but the problem is that the gym is often extremely busy and already scheduled with other sports every night. Leaving no room for pickleball.

Does anyone know of any clubs that have a dedicated low cost pickleball facility they use in the winter? I’ve seen some stuff online about low cost steel buildings and what not but I was just curious if anyone had more info.

Our club would need about 10 courts
