What recovery techniques do you use to get your body ready for pickleball again and again and again?
Ben Johns notably mentioned recently that he’s focusing more on nutrition and sleep to better recover and rejuvenate. Not sure if his new program is working well but to me his recent Masters performance is suggestive. Could be my own confirmation bias, he did look more energized, though skipping singles another factor.
