Tennis and pickleball court

I’m planning to build a hybrid facility with a couple of tennis courts and 4 to 8 pickleball courts. I’m debating whether to make it indoor or outdoor since I’m in Texas, and I’m feeling really torn. I’d appreciate your feedback!
