Sara Duterte budget hearing in House of Representatives

I watched the 5 hours budget hearing in the house of representative and I was so annoyed to the Vice President. It only show that she is not smart even the script she repeatedly utter she need to look it on her phone. Totoo bang atty yan? She cannot even answer the simple question and need to rely on his notes on phone anyway “ I will forgo the opportunity of Question and Answer portion and I will leave it to the house if they approved the budget of the Office of the Vice President” is there anyone here who is still a fan of dutertes?
