Discouraged-Advice appreciated

I’m feeling quite discouraged. I’m 36 yo and 5’0 even and fluctuate between 144 and 146 depending on the week. I stick to a mainly vegetarian diet. I consume between 1300-1500 calories per day. I am a stay at home mom as of the last three months, so I understand that my body doesn’t NEED a lot of calories. No alcohol consumption. I do have degenerative disk disease which has caused hip and knee issues, so workouts are limited. I walk (vigorously enough to sweat) between 1-2 miles a day 4-6 days a week and it feels as though I’ve lost absolutely no weight. I’ve been very strict for almost two months and it feels pointless. Any advice on how or what I can do to help shape up would be greatly appreciated.
