Peter needs a vacation from his relaxing

Ok but seriously does anyone know why he and the guy he lives with never go on any international trips other than Mexico.

I assume it has to do more with Peter than the guy he lives with. Peter continuously criticises Jeffree Star by saying if he had his money he would travel the world on the one hand. But on the other hand he implies he is loaded yet they never go anywhere new or exciting?
