Is HOOPP the best pension for nurses?

I’m an RN and I badly want to quit my job at the hospital like I’d rather work minimum wage job for the sake of my mental health. However, my in laws are pushing me to stay because of HOOPP. One of them is a ceo of one of the hospitals in Ontario so I guess that’s why they wanted me to stay? Should I really care about HOOPP? Or can I get better pension if I leave the hospital?
