Is anyone else getting roaming charges when your data roaming is turned off? (Virgin)
Hey PFC,
Question for travelers, specifically those using Virgin. For two billing cycles in a row, I've been erroneously charged roam-sweet-roam fees while traveling.
Here's the kicker, data roaming is disabled and I do not make/take calls or send messaged. Data access is explicitly facilitated through an eSim.
They reversed the charges last month, and just (begrudgingly) reversed this month's charges.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.
