58 hours in and thanks to Okumura I've abandoned the game completely

This game does so much so well but the gimmicky boss fights just completely rip you out of the experience and Okumura was the last straw.

4 hours I've spent trying to do the fight and in all 4 hours I never even got as far as being able to actually attack him.

The 5th wave with the four huge green robots is the biggest cop out ever. It primes you to fail by constantly debuffing your defence and buffing their defence. As far as I can see you have two rounds of attacks before they will flee and respawn and half of one round is spent getting rid of the buffs/debuffs.

In 35 years of gaming I've never sunk 58 hours into a game and abandoned it before finishing but that was just the final straw.
