Blood clots

Today I learned it’s not normal to have a lot of blood clots, and that they shouldn’t be bigger than a quarter. I don’t have a heavy period or a long one but I clot basically all day. Every time I pee and get up there is a pretty large clot sitting there. Does anyone else clot a lot with an otherwise normal period?
