Symptoms with age? with PCOS? with Fatty Liver?

This community has been a godsend gift! This reddit community has been the only thing giving me hope and comfort, so I'm absolutely grateful for it. I hope ya'll don't mind but this might be a long one!

I just turned 35 and I've been experiencing the weirdest combination of symptoms. Back in January at the end of my period, I had this massive headache. It was like a tension headache at the back of my head, coupled with a bit of icepick headache action. I checked with my neurologist with this and she mentioned that it could be perimenstrual (prior to this, I had been experiencing daily debilitating headaches which I got an MRI with contrast for and everything checked out). The month BEFORE that massive headache, I was experiencing some abdominal pains. It wasn't exclusive to one side of my stomach and it was a mix of different sensations so I also had THAT checked out (CT scan with contrast, bloodwork, ultrasound, pancreatic cancer test). They found out that I have fatty liver (which I have meds and I changed my eating habits), but nothing that really contributes to the different sensations. Both symptoms went away after roughly around 2 weeks or so. It didn't occur again from March - April. It's also important to note that I have PCOS, but ever since being diagnosed with fatty liver, I've lost over 30 pounds since January this year (it's currently June 3).

Fastforward to Thursday last week, literally a day after my birthday -- I have the massive headache AGAIN, only this time it's more of a tension headache plus vertigo, plus occasional icepick. Then a day later, nausea without vomiting, stomaches --sometimes dull like pre-poop or mild food poisoning. It's been 5 days now and although the headache and stomaches seem to be getting less and less intense, all the symptoms are still present, just manifesting intermittently. It seems to peak in the afternoon to after dinner.

I guess I want to ask -- does anyone else feel like this before, during, or AFTER their period? I've realized that I feel these symptoms during the end of my period. Any time between the 3rd day up to the 9th day. But this is the first time in my life that I'm experiencing anything like this. Prior to this, I've had irregular periods but no pain and physical manifestations whatsoever. THIS TIME, my period is actually predictable now -- like it's more or less following a better pattern, but wow the trade off! So I don't know if these are uncommon, uncommon, do these symptoms come with age? Is it because I have PCOS? Fatty Liver? Are they even period related? Does anyone else experience something like this?
