GPU upgrade question

I currently have a MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card

But I saw that the MSI RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G VENTUS 3X BLACK OC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB Video Card is in sale for 600

Is this a good upgrade or is there something better to look out for?
