i3 14100 not performing as good as I thought...?

Hi,

I just a work (personal sort of) pc and I slapped a GPU on it with the hopes of it being able to reach at least 200 FPS on CS2 (barely reaching 130 on low settings) but I am kind of disappointed... maybe the game is poorly optimized? I haven't tried it yet on any other game... any tips? :(

PSU - 450W Fortron 80+ PRO

SSD - 1 TB Samsung

RAM - 16GB DDR5 5200 Kingston Fury

CPU - i3-14100

Motherboard - ASRock B760M-HDV/M.2

GPU - NVIDIA 1060 6GB
