Why are people hoping that we draft anyone other than a Left Tackle in Round 1?

I know it's important to have weapons, and defense is hurting, but we've already given this kid a head injury at least once, possibly twice. Concussion damage is cumulative, and it get easier to get one after you've had a few, look at Tua Tagavailoa. Even if we overspend on the draft pick and grab a guy that would have gone 8th or 9th, we absolutely HAVE to have an O-Line that can protect Maye.
