How to improve this LS raider?

My resistances and spell suppression are capped, but there are a few issues with the build:

1. Armour and evasion are very low
2. DPS is fairly low
3. Don't have enough mana reservation left for anger aura

Is there any improvements you could make to this build? or maybe give me a clear idea of where to go from here to get higher damage + survivability?
