Build to farm Angler's Plait in SSF

Anglers Plait requeres me to wear specific unique gloves and make rare monsters flee.

what build could i use to farm that? It should be high dps, high survivalbility. i have tons of currency and crafting materials. i have most uniques, i do *NOT* have forbidden flesh/flame jewels, but most impossible escapes.

i intend to farm it through 16s delirium, beyond and ambush. it should be able to deal with that easily.
