GGG please allow weaponsets for shapeshift
As the title states I think shapeshifting should not lock you into one weapon set.
To clarify, i do not mean "allow demonform to use weapons" - i think it's perfectly balanced and fine to entirely disable weapons in this shape and it also makes sense thematically.
I do although think it's sad that being shapeshifted completely prevents me to take advantage of my weapon spec points on the tree in order to specialize some of my skills.
To give an example i am experimenting with an ember fussilade CoC build (no, not comet, i use firestorm... knowing it's a lot worse, bit it fits thematically), and while the spell overall needs some help i enjoy the gameplay loop it creates and how it interacts with the bursty movement via demonform dash. The spell requires a LOT of investment ino reduced skill effect duration though and that's where the problem starts. Pretty much all other spells that can support the dps output of ember fusillade need INCREASED skill effect duration (or at least not to have their duration shortened).
Namely: Firewall, for proj extra dmg Eye of winter, crit chance debuff Your choice of shocking skill Flammability
All of these feel absolutely horrible with ~ 75% reduced skill effect duration for obvious reasons.
Now, this is just an example, but i think there'd many other instances where builds simply cannot function to a satisfactory degree without being able to use the weapon specializations. I also thinks its just generally a very cool interesting addition to the game and its sad to have this feature taken away completely for all shapeshifted chars on top of not being able to use weapons.
Call the two shapeshifted weapon sets "left hand/claw" & "right hand/claw" or something similar?
TL;DR: Please allow usage of weapon specialization points for shapeshifted characters. Disabling weapons is fine, but not being able to use two trees limits build variability a lot.
