The best weapon I have encountered so far is a level 7 wand and a level 9 focus. I'm level 37

Something has to be wrong with the quantity or quality of the loot we're getting. I haven't seen a single weapon even come CLOSE to being better than the one I have, and I got it like 4 hours into the game.
