Adsense not working for me, any alternatives to gain from my yt channel?

I have a youtube channel with 5.7k subs, and It’s relatively new but has a lot of potential. Problem is i can’t verify adsense because my country is not eligible, so I can’t use it. Is there any other alternative, any company that would help me in this field, or other alternatives of google adsense? My audience is around 60% from US, other from Europe. Content is fully in english.
