How to choose your videos?

I've been stuck for a bit because I think of different ideas (Like right now I have around 5 ideas for videos) but I don't know which ones I should go with first. Also for some clarity, I don't mean ideas for different niches, I'm a digital artist and animator and that is what my niche is around.

How should I choose each video (because my mind literally can come up with ideas everyday but I can't create them everyday sadly) and how do you guys plan each video with the ideas you have?
