Is the growth of my subcount going to speed up overtime?

My channel started to grow in the past half year, I have 14k subs, there was a big boost in the beginning as some of my videos got viral. But in the past 2-3 months the growth stagnates at +900-1100 new subs per month. Which is pretty good, but my dream is to get to 100k. I know it may be silly, but I really want to have that yt play button. In this peace it would take about 7 more years.

If I keep going, trying to get better, and have more and more videos, is this growth going to speed up?
