Is this normal?

I’ve had a couple of anxiety attacks recently but last night I had the worst panic attack I’ve had in a year. It took a lot out of me and today I was so exhausted. During the attack last night I had trouble breathing and had to keep trying to catch my breath. During the day today I felt my breathing was pretty normal. It started to get rougher in the evening and now I’m finding myself trying to catch my breath every couple of minutes. I did research a “panic attack hangover” and I believe I’m experiencing some of that. But is the still having some trouble breathing normal?
