We need the ability to move the palbox

Now let me be clear, I'm not talking about breaking it and placing it another location. I mean the ability to move the palbox within the existing base location so that it's not located within the middle of the ring. This is a common option in games that do bases. Such a example is the camp toolbox in fallout 76. Once it's placed and the base ring established it can then be moved anywhere within that space freely. This is what we need in palworld.

This ties into the need to be able to move already existing base structures which in my opinion lack is a bit of an oversight.
