Coming back after a long time but u have one question

So im seeing an event pass (fun....) and im wondering if like most passes, it's gonna be one of those "skins in the pass will not be available after the pass ends" but I see that the skins in question cost crystals (or gems idk) and im wondering if that mean I can buy the skin even after the pass ended (im very bad with English cut me some slack)
