Reassurance?

Hopefully just looking for reassurance here. At long last, finally I see my payment tracker updated to show 177 qualifying payments. It says -57 of 120 to go. However, above that, it still says the amount remaining (the subsidized one for $16,000 and the unsub for $17,000). I would have felt fully happy if it said 0, as I expected it would have after I was above 120 payments.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there normally a delay between seeing sl120 payments and a 0 balance?
