Why is my PS5 causing this screen issue

I’ve tried everything, from altering resolution, new HDMI cables, making sure it’s not overheating. I just need help bc the longer I play the worse it gets. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t. It doesn’t happen on other TVs that I’ve noticed, but the second I’m not playing PS5 and on normal TV it’s not happening.
