"You're restricted from using communication features"

I am getting this message every time I boot up Destiny 2, just started happening... I didn't turn any parental controls on, I have only sent one message and there wasn't anyhing in it other than asking a friend if they wanted to play together earlier today... what's the deal?

Edit: It seems like it has to be a PS5 thing perhaps not a game thing, as its acting like I have a parental control turned on, but none are actually turned on.
