Numbness/SFN?

This sub has been very helpful to me and I appreciate everyone in here. I’m not seeking medical advice, I’m just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I started feeling funky in September (dizziness/just feeling off). I also struggle with vestibular migraines (aura, numbness, blindness, etc.) we finally came to the conclusion of POTS and my cardiologist diagnosed me a few weeks ago. I haven’t had my follow up yet so I don’t have a great plan on what to do just yet.

In December my left foot went numb on a flight and never really came back. It’s hard to describe but it feels like it’s not mine? I can feel it if I move it or touch it, but it just doesn’t feel right if that makes sense. Recently, my left arm and hand started feeling the same, and now it’s practically my entire left side of my body. It’s not tingling or vibrating but it just feels WEIRD. I also have all the other symptoms of POTS at the same time but I was wondering if anyone else has experience this?

I’m seeing neurology on Thursday to bring up small fiber neuropathy but also considering going to urgent care because it is very weird.
